Strickler formula

This linear head loss law is parameterised by the Stricker coefficient \(K_S\).

The other law parameters are shared with all pressure loss formulas:

• \(Q\) : flow (m³/s)
• \(D\) : pipe diameter (m)
• \(l_T\) : pipe length (m)
